Typical Training
We set high quality standards. The quality features of our typical training are
- including face to face coaching to ensure reliable project results
- limited number of participants to ensure high quality training results
- based on a location with high quality standards selected carefully by us. In our “All-In” package we offer for participants who like to stay over the accommodation in a comfortable 4-star (****) and also shuttle service from and to the next airport/train Station.
Trainings typically include a team event in the evening to strengthen the team binding and push the communication between the participants.

In-Company Training
You stipulate entirely yourself where and when you want to organise this training, if you choose for in-company training. The contents are customised to your needs and available different languages.
In-company trainings offer a number of customer-specific advantages:
- economically more interesting as from six participants;
- training tailored: exercises, examples and practice cases from your company;
- flexibility with regard to organisation: place and time is agreed.

Individual Training & coaching
For Executive Managers we have the possibility to do the certification ‘one-on-one’ within a shorter time frame and a tailored schedule and support – on/off site – if requested. Please always contact us directly for any question.
