Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the following policy applies:

1. In case the cancellation takes place at a time equal to or more than 14 days before the training event, and in case this cancellation is immediately (within 1 business day) followed by a booking for a similar training event, no charges will apply, the total price of the initial booking will be refunded.
2. In case of a cancellation less than 14 days before the training event, but more then 7 days before the training event, 50% of the total price will be refunded
3. In case of a cancellation less than 7 days before the training event, 10% of the total price will be refunded.
