my learning in Lean Six Sigma has only just begun.

Hi Jörn, I hope you are well.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the training course. I really enjoyed my week and although it was quite hard going in places I genuinely felt that your teaching style and support were the main reasons I learnt so much. I was slightly apprehensive about the accelerated learning because there is so much to cover. I know that these courses are partly designed to ensure rapid certification but I know that my learning in Lean Six Sigma has only just begun.

I am genuinely interested in learning more and in putting my knowledge to the test in real practical environments. I have already had a conversation with my CEO about running green belt projects and being an IBMer, and having experience himself in Black Belt projects, he is keen to support me in this journey. He has already given me the mandate to start working in some areas.

Next year I hope to run some projects and to develop my knowledge further and will hopefully be back studying for Black Belt as well. Ill keep you in the loop with regards to progress.

Anyway, I wanted to say a huge thanks to you. You made a hard week very enjoyable and you should take great credit for that.

a brilliant mix of Theory, Praxis

thank you for the very good training – I have enjoyed the training session very much as it was a brilliant mix of Theory, Praxis, interesting Videos and exchange within the training community.

I hope I will get the opportunity to become a Black Belt soon.

Just a quick note to let you know I have been thrown straight into (MSA) Gauge  R&R. I do have an opportunity to carry out a full DMAIC project and I am managing to utilise some of the training you gave me.

Dear Yong,

 

Thanks for sending the pictures of the course through to us.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have taken the LSS deployment  to my organisation, At the NHS they have agreed to go ahead with it.

 

I am currently writing the business case for the projects to come and I will also deliver the actual LSS GB training, with my role also then being to mentor the GB’s in undertaking their individual projects.

Just a few words to thank you for your support.

It was indeed a very interesting training, interactive, very well given.  I am sure it will help me a lot in my job.  It’s also a complete other way of thinking.

Moreover as you could imagine at my age I followed a lot of trainings, yours is one of those I never felt boring.  J

Dear René,

Thank you for your course! Glad I did that well.

I also wanted to thank you for this valuable training. I learnt a lot and I liked the way the training was given (teamwork, individual exercises, English communication skills, not only theory,…).
It’s a pity I can’t assist to the BB-training, but I will definitely join in the next time.

Dear René,

 

First of all, I’d like to thank you for the session. It was very interesting and since the first day, I go on with my vision helped by the LSS tools for the project I’d like to achieve. I remarked that the scope was too big and that I have now to define a smaller scope to be more efficient (thank you for this advice).

 

All the tools you give me will be a real help in my business. I have to admit that you are fully right with the idea of TEAM WORK, Communication and change management (but I was already aware of those last two)

 

I  have to say that the atmosphere of work was very good.
