Productivity Engineering, founded in 2006, is a training company specialised in optimising processes. We offer a broad scale of services to our customers, from training, consulting up to and including realisation.
With consulting and training we offer the complete service. Thereby we make use of proven and very efficient methods such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Our team stands for more than 40 years experience with process optimisation for companies, in production and distribution environment and at aerospace and defense organizations.
Lean Six Sigma
Whether it concerns Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Supply Chain issues, Lean Six Sigma is always the basic structure of our approach. Lean Six Sigma is a profitability improvement methodology focused on making decisions based on relevant information and evidence.
Lean Six Sigma is also a management style based on a structured dedicated project management organization. An objective of six sigma is to optimize processes and move product or service outputs permanently inside customer requirements.
In recent years, Six Sigma programs have become accepted as a way to make businesses effective and efficient. Several companies, including GE and AlliedSignal with this approach significantly increased their profits.
In-Company Training
You stipulate entirely yourself where and when you want to organise this training, if you choose for in-company training. The contents are customised to your needs and available in English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish.
In-company trainings offer a number of customer-specific advantages:

- training tailored: exercises, examples and practice cases from your company;
